• Cleanse with the cleanser included
• Apply the Citriate Solution to your skin
• For the first application leave on for 15-30 minutes but with each treatment build your time up until you can leave it on the skin for 3 hours
• Cleanse off with cleanser

• Always be sure to use a high SPF everyday but especially when using this product and for a week after you have finished using the product
