A Peel is a customised treatment where a specific chemical is applied to the skin to create a response. Different chemical peels have different PH levels and this allows the chemical to penetrate different levels of the skin. Peels can be customised to all skin types and for many different concerns such as acne, pigmentation, aging and textural issues.

Dermalux is LED light therapy that uses three clinically proven wavelengths of light to target the skin on a cellular level. The three lights emitted are red light, blue light and near infrared light. These are emitted through different wavelengths without compromising each others strength, even when used simultaneously, creating a Tri-Wave function on the device that's unique to Dermalux.

Dermalux treatments can be added to customised facials and customised peels or be carried out as a stand alone facial treatment. The three different lights have different functions but compliment eachother when used as Tri-Wave function.

Red light: Boosts collagen and elastin production, helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles, evens your skin texture and tone and increases skin hydration.

Blue light: Has anti-bacterial action without irritation, destroys the p-acnes bacteria in acne-prone skin, balances oil production, helps blemish proneskin and improves skin clarity.

Near Infrared: Advanced skin rejuvenation benefits, increases cell energy, accelerates repair, calms redness and irritation, reduces age spots and pigmentation, promotes healthy skin and is ideal for the most sensitive skins.

Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that uses small, sterilised needles to prick the skin causing a controlled trauma. This in turn generates new collagen and skin tissue to smooth, firm, and tone the skin. The therapist then floods the skin with customised solution such as hyaluronic acid serum to plump, hydrate and reduce redness.

Microneedling treatments are used to treat acne scarring, pigmentation, lax/loose skin, texture and general ageing. Consultation before booking is recommended as you may need to prep the skin before hand with topical skincare. Post treatment and aftercare alongside treatment plan available.
