Advanced Nutrition Programme Omega-3 and B vitamins

Latest research from Oxford University shows that a combination of omega-3 and B vitamins help reduce early prevention of Alzhimer's Brain Shrinkage.

In a study with 168 people over the age of 70 with early signs of memory loss who took the vitamin B supplements with a high percentage of Omega-3 levels in their blood have proved to have 70% less brain shrinkage than those who haven't.

"At least half the risk for Alzheimers is preventable, while only 1% of cases are caused by genes" says Patrick Holford, a nutritionist from the iiaa foundation.

This is a positive and productive result and shows that taking these supplements daily will have a positive result on people who may be in the early stages of Alzheimers.
