Order Dispatch

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday before 4pm. Orders Placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 days. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out within 1-3 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent out on the Monday, or the Tuesday if it was a bank holiday weekend. In 95% of cases delivery is achieved next day all over Ireland.

** Please Note: During sale times or on Black Friday and Cyber Monday please allow extra time for shipping.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat Rate of €4.65 unless otherwise stated, no matter how big or small the order is.  

Delivery during Sale Period: 

Please note that due to the large volume of orders during a sale periods, Black Friday or Christmas time your order might take a little longer than normal to reach you. We work around the clock to fulfill orders as quick as possible and in as safe a manner as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience at these times.

Shipping & Return Policy

In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at Millies by email (info@millies.ie) within 7 days .
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken. 
                                      
Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your details, order number and reason for return. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Millies, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. 

Returns should be sent to us through the DPD Returns Portal. Please click this link  https://dpd.ie/Returns#/ where the process is outlined in very easy steps. Choose Millies from the retailer list and insert your Millies order number and all steps are explained from here. There is a charge of €5.95 for this service. When returning an item please use this returns portal as you will be able to trace this return, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.

If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund you through your original payment method, the relevant amount less shipping.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only The DPD Returns Portal.
