**Please note that a customs charge applies for deliveries to certain countries.

Order Dispatch

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday before 4pm. Currently orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 working days within Ireland. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out within 2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent out on Monday, or Tuesday if it was a bank holiday weekend. In 95% of cases delivery is achieved next day all over Ireland outside of sale times.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat rate of €4.95 within Ireland unless otherwise stated, no matter how big or small the order is.  We offer free shipping within Ireland when your final order total is €75 over over. Delivery during Sale Period: 

Please note that due to the large volume of orders during a sale periods, Black Friday or Christmas time your order might take a little longer than normal to reach you. We work around the clock to fulfil orders as quick as possible and in as safe a manner as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience at these times.

Shipping & Return Policy

In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at Millies by email (info@millies.ie) within 7 days .
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken. 
                                      
Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your details, order number and reason for return. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Millies, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. 

Returns Made Easy

Millies now have 2 returns options available through DPD and also through An Post.

Please click here to access Millies Returns Form.  Please print & fill out this form and include in your returns parcel. 

To return through the DPD Returns Portal. Please click this link  https://dpd.ie/Returns#/ where the process is outlined in very easy steps. Choose Millies from the retailer list and insert your Millies order number and all steps are explained from here. There is a charge of €5.95 for this service. 

To return through the An Post Returns Portal. Please click this link https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns where the process is outlined in very easy steps. Choose Millies from the retailer list, choose your reason for return,  insert your Millies order number in the Retailer order reference field and all steps are explained from here. There is a charge of €4.95 for this service when you drop your collection to your location pick up location and €6.00 if you book An Post to collect your return. 

Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item and please be sure to include your details and order number.  We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Millies, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please retain your receipt you receive in the DPD Pick Up Point for tracking purposes. 

We must receive your return within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your original payment method for the relevant amount less shipping.
