Order Dispatch

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 1pm and 4pm. Orders Placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 days. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out within 1-2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent at 1pm on Monday, or Tuesday at 1pm if it was a bank holiday weekend. In 95% of cases delivery is achieved next day all over Ireland.

Please Note: Black Friday and Cyber Monday please allow extra time for shipping.

Order Packaging

We understand discretion is very important to all our customers. All orders are dispatched in envelopes or boxes with no company logos, just a return address at the back. Your Invoice will be inside the parcel and does not show pricing.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat Rate of ONLY €4.65 unless otherwise stated, no matter how big or small the order is.  

Delivery during Sale Period: 

Please note that due to the large volume of orders during a sale period and the current restrictions, your order might take a little longer than normal to reach you. We work around the clock to fulfill orders as quick as possible and in as safe a manner as possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate you understanding. 

Shipping & Return Policy

In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at Millies in writing or via email within 7 days (info@millies.ie).
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken.  A restocking fee of 15% of the item's value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.
Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Millies, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. 

Returns should be sent to us through the DPD Returns Portal. Please click this link  https://dpd.ie/Returns#/ where the process is outlined in very easy steps. Choose Millies from the retailer list and insert your Millies order number and all steps are explained from here. There is a charge of €5.95 for this service. When returning an item please use this returns portal as you will be able to trace this return, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.

If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only The DPD Returns Portal.

We charge €4.65 delivery charge on all orders no matter how big or small the order is.
