Shipping & Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened, used or any security seals broken.
Returns Made Easy
Millies now have 2 returns options available through DPD and also through An Post.

To return through the An Post Returns Portal. Please click this link https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns where the process is outlined in very easy steps. Choose Millies from the retailer list, choose your reason for return, insert your Millies order number in the Retailer order reference field and all steps are explained from here. There is a charge of €4.95 for this service when you drop your collection to your location pick up location and €6.00 if you book An Post to collect your return.
Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item and please be sure to include your details and order number. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where inadequate packaging has been used. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Millies, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please retain your receipt you receive in the DPD Pick Up Point for tracking purposes.
We must receive your return within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your original payment method for the relevant amount less shipping.
If you are returning a product which is outside of the 14 day period from when you received your order store credit will be issued.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged/faulty product(s), please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must supply a photo of damage for us to be able to replace or refund the item. We will offer you a replacement straightaway, or a full refund of the monies already paid upon return of the original item.
Change Of Mind
If you are dissatisfied with a product, for any reason, you will be refunded the price you paid for the product, upon return of the original item. This will of course depend on the circumstances being within our returns policy and terms and conditions.
In the rare incident that the wrong product has been delivered we will dispatch the correct product or if the original product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon receipt of the item that was delivered in error. It is the customers responsibility to check your order on receipt and any errors must be reported to email@example.com within 5 days receiving your order in order for any issue to be rectified.
