Customer Service Executive
Millies are seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our Award Winning Customer Service Team.

The successful candidate must have experience responding to customer queries through email, whatsapp, phone & social media in a busy environment, while maintaining Millies superior level of customer care.

The Role:

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this role involves using best in class Customer Care practises in our E-commerce business to meet the needs of Millies customers.

Duties:

  • Respond to all customer touchpoints (email, whats app, social media and calls) pre and post order, within department target times.
  • Log all contact within our systems
  • Liase with our warehouse team on order status to ensure our delivery targets are met.
  • Sales to meet department targets.
  • Processing returns.
  • Liaising with brands regarding faults or customer returns.
  • Take all customer requests or issues through to resolution. And follow up with customers to ensure the customer has received the best possible service.
  • Attend meetings with Customer Experience Manager regularly to ensure key targets are being met and on day-to-day events. .
  • Attend any training suggested that will help your role.
  • All duties to be carried out with a sense of urgency to ensure that all aspects of your position are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Warehouse Operative

Millies are recruiting a Part-time Warehouse Operative. If you are enthusiastic, hardworking and have prior Warehousing experience, then this will be the ideal opportunity for you to join an expanding company.

Duties and Responsibilities

The position includes the following day-to-day duties:

  • Keeping detailed records of what is in the warehouse, and where fellow staff can find specific products.
  • Finding goods as soon as possible when required.
  • Using heavy machinery to move enormous packages.
  • Recording the movement of all packages.
  • Coming up with methods of optimising space in the warehouse.
  • Cleaning the warehouse and ensuring goods aren’t damaged.
  • Working as part of a team.
  • Using android devices to receive deliveries in
  • Checking each load for missing or damaged items.
  • Receiving goods at the right dock.
  • Loading the goods onto trucks for shipping.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: €13.50-€14.50 per hour

Warehouse Supervisor

Purpose of Role

Provide operation support by owning and managing the daily activities of the warehouse in a manner which delivers the best-in-class service to our customers. The warehouse is responsible for country-wide e-commerce deliveries.

This role requires the candidate to operate independently and maintain the warehouse operation with little intervention

This role will be responsible for team development and maintaining the team capacity through recruitment

Provide leadership and guidance to promote and ensure operational excellence

Operational

Supervise and organise the daily activities of the warehouse in order to meet the highest level of customer service and required service levels

Work with the Operations Manager to ensure that control processes are adhered to

Report out daily, weekly and monthly performance as required

Ensure participation in the Operational, Safety, Quality, Training and other cross-functional meetings as required

Act as an interface between management team and functional team and network in tracking area progress on key issues

Manage and maintain the Company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations

Manage and control perpetual inventory counting/inventory accuracy checks. Perform cycle stock checks. Provide routine management information on inventory data. Achieve 100% inventory record accuracy.

Ensure that goods inward/stock control department is well organised and controlled to sufficiently support distribution and the goals of the business

Monitor and evaluate consumables usage and costs

Customer Services

Liase with customer services team on a daily basis

People Management

Direct and motivate warehouse team in order to meet operational goals

Mentor and coach team in order to ensure full performance potential

Performance management (including, but not limited to, setting goals and objectives, performance appraisals, disciplinary issues)

Manage and maintain training plan for all staff, particularly team leads and ensure that the training plan is achieved on an on-going basis

Maintain continuous focus on employee welfare with specific emphasis on health & safety and housekeeping

Maintain personnel records (including hours of work, overtime, attendance, holidays etc) where required

Recruit for vacancies on the team as they arise

Additional Tasks

Successful candidates will be expected to help the team and perform a warehouse operative’s role where required

There will be manual handling requirements involved in this role

In addition to the above you are required to carry out any other duties that are reasonably requested by your line manager

You must be available to work throughout the week for am/pm shifts as required by the business

Experience/knowledge

2 years minimum supervisory experience in relevant industry

People management experience and a demonstrable track record of training of warehouse staff

Knowledge of warehouse management systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
