Position: Website Administrator
Location: Head Office in Naas
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and self-driven but also has an excellent eye for detail.
The website admin will be part of the marketing team and will report to the Head of Marketing. You will be responsible for a range of tasks across the website and email marketing.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accurately listing new products and product lines. This will include copywriting, price checks, data entry and resizing images. It will also involve sourcing the necessary information from suppliers and liaising with the warehouse.
- Optimising existing product pages and landing pages through copywriting, image optimisation and overall responsibility for the look and feel of product pages and brand pages.
- Responsible for merchandising the site.
- Optimising website landing pages to ensure they are up to date with relevant banners, brand descriptions, video content etc.
- Managing product image libraries to ensure that the images are of a high enough quality and accurate and to also ensure that all images provided by the brands are stored in an organised manner.
- Carrying out regular price comparisons across the full site and reporting back on findings.
- Setting up promotions, gifts with purchase offers and discount codes as required.
- General website maintenance.
- Liaising with our graphic designer for website assets.
Requirements for this role:
- Exceptional eye for detail.
- Ability to work on your own but also as part of a busy team.
- A good working knowledge of Excel.
- An excellent command of the English language.
- Copywriting experience is a benefit but not essential.
- Previous experience with Shopify a bonus.
- This role is based in our Naas Office.
- Full training will be provided for this role. The right attitude and a good eye for detail are the main criteria for this role.

Position: Senior Skin Specialist

Duties:

Skin Consultation and Facial Treatments such as skin needling and Peels.

CIBTAC, ITEC or CIDESCO Qualification.

Minimum 3 years' experience working within a busy salon environment.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Attention to detail and outstanding level of care.

The successful candidate will be friendly, welcoming and hard working.

Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Naas, Co. Kildare
Millies are recruiting a Part-time Warehouse Operative. If you are enthusiastic, hardworking and have prior Warehousing experience, then this will be the ideal opportunity for you to join an expanding company.
Duties and Responsibilities
The position includes the following day-to-day duties:
- Keeping detailed records of what is in the warehouse, and where fellow staff can find specific products.
- Finding goods as soon as possible when required.
- Using heavy machinery to move enormous packages.
- Recording the movement of all packages.
- Coming up with methods of optimising space in the warehouse.
- Cleaning the warehouse and ensuring goods aren’t damaged.
- Working as part of a team.
- Using android devices to receive deliveries in
- Checking each load for missing or damaged items.
- Receiving goods at the right dock.
- Loading the goods onto trucks for shipping.
Salary: €13.50-€14.50 per hour
