Winter Sale Delivery 

Please note that due to the large volume of orders and the current restrictions, your order will take a little longer than normal to reach you. We are working around the clock to fulfill orders as quick as possible and in as safe a manner as possible. Orders will be delayed by a few days during this period. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate you understanding.

Order Despatch

All orders are despatched Monday to Friday between 1pm and 4pm. Orders Placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 days. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out within 1-2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent at 1pm on Monday, or Tuesday at 1pm if it was a bank holiday weekend. In 95% of cases delievery is achieved next day all over Ireland.

Please Note: Good Friday and Cyber Monday please allow an extra day for shipping.

Order Packaging

We understand discretion is very important to all our customers. All orders are despatched in white envelopes or brown boxes with no company logos, just a return address at the back.Your Invoice will be inside the parcel.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flate Rate of ONLY €4.40 unless otherwise stated, no matter how big or small the order is.  

Shipping & Return Policy

In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at Millies in writing or via email within 7 days (info@millies.ie).
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken.  A restocking fee of 15% of the item's value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.
Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Millies Beauty Rooms, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.

If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.

We charge €4.40 delivery charge on all orders no matter how big or small the order is.

If you wish to order products to be delivered outside of the Ireland, please e mail us at info@millies.ie  with your order and we will get back to you with regards to price for shipping

Out of Stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled and how soon we can get it to you
