Step 1: Apply a small amount of Restore Your Glow Cleansing Balm to skin. Gently massage in circular motions, focusing on areas with heavy makeup or waterproof mascara. Step 2: Add a splash of warm water to transform the balm into a silky milk. Continue massaging to lift away impurities and condition lashes. Step 3: Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
