How to use:
Sonic One Toothbrush: Align the toothbrush head and secure into place. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles. Press the mode button to power on - two modes available. Use the built-in 2-minute timer, dividing your mouth into four quadrants. Tilt the brush at a 45° angle against the gumline and brush for 2 minutes. Rinse and clean the head after each use.
Ultra Whitening Strips: Tear open foil packet. Dry teeth. Place the shorter strip on bottom teeth, longer strip on top teeth. Leave for 1 hour. Remove and rinse. Repeat daily for 7 days.
Whitening Powder: Apply toothpaste to your toothbrush. Dip into the powder and brush as normal.
Advanced Action Whitening Toothpaste: Brush teeth twice daily.
