Before you return any your Dermalogica to us please contact our Customer Services Team on 045 530535  who will help you through a return of a product.

For Products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement straightaway, or a full refund of the monies already paid upon return of the original item.

If you are dissatisfied with a Product, for any reason, you will be refunded the price you paid for the Product, upon return of the original item.

In the rare incident that the wrong Product has been delivered we will dispatch the correct Product straightaway or if the original Product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon return of the item delivered in error.
