Purchasing Environ Online
After you have placed your Environ order online, a consultation form will be emailed to you to fill out. (Please be sure to check your junk or spam folder incase it goes in here). Please be sure to fill out this form immediately after placing your order as if this is not filled out this will delay or stop the release of your order.
If you are a new customer, have purchased a new Environ product from us that you haven't purchased before or haven't filled out a consultation in the last 3 months, we require you to fill out this form and submit it for review. Our skincare team will review your form and if all information is satisfactory, you order will be released. If further information is needed our skincare team will call you to chat about your order and will then release your order after brief consultation. If you miss our call you will be emailed and if we haven't had a response to confirm the details needed within 7 days, we will have to refund your order. If there are other brands apart from Environ in your order they will then be sent out. Please see link to Environ Consultation form here:
Delivery during Sale Period:
Please note that due to the large volume of orders during a sale period and the current restrictions, your order might take a little longer than normal to reach you. We work around the clock to fulfil orders as quick as possible and in as safe a manner as possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding.

Order Dispatch
Our current delivery time is 1-2 working days. We thank you so much for your patience.
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between before 4pm. Orders Placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 2-3 working days within Ireland. Orders placed after 3pm will be sent out within 2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent at 1pm on Monday, or Tuesday at 1pm if it was a bank holiday weekend. In 95% of cases delivery is achieved next day all over Ireland.

98% of all orders are packed, picked and dispatched on the same working day, excludes weekends, busy sale periods and carrier times may vary.
Shipping Cost
Delivery is FREE on all orders in Ireland above €75 and we charge a flat rate of ONLY €4.95 on order below this value. This may be switched off during sale periods.
Shipping & Return Policy
In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at Millies in writing or via email within 7 days (info@millies.ie). It is the responsibility of the customer to check items on the day of receipt and report any damage within this time as we cannot deal with issues after this time frame.
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken.
***For products that may have arrived damaged and were delivered by UPS, the damaged products must be kept in order to be inspected by a UPS representative before they will allow us to lodge a claim. If the products have not been kept for inspection we will be unable to open a claim and therefore we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Millies Beauty Rooms, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.
In the unlikely event that there is any fault with a product, this must be reported to us by emailing info@millies.ie within 7 days of receiving your order. If you are stocking up on a product and don't plan to use it straight away, please check that the dates on your products allow this, as if not, this issue cannot be rectified at a later date and this must be reported to use within 7 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to check items on the day of receipt and report any faults within this time as we cannot deal with issues after this time frame.
We charge €4.95 delivery charge on all orders within Ireland no matter how big or small the order is. We do offer free shipping on final order totals of over €75. Please note this may change during sale times.
Non-receipt of item or order
In the unlikely event of non-receipt of an order or an item from an order, we will need ask you to fill in a Denial of Receipt form. When this form has been filled out and returned, we will then open an investigation with the courier. This can take up to 10 working days to complete depending on the courier and situation.
