Apply the Iconic London Glaze Crayon directly to the eye-lid, blending along slightly above the crease with a small blending brush or fingertip. To create a smokey effect, add and build up more colour along the top and bottom lash line. Smooth a small amount of the glitter gel over the lid and gently pat fingertip along the crease to diffuse the glitter for a glazed effect.
