Pestle & Mortar Clarify Toner is BHA 2% Salicylic acid toner unclogs pores and reduces oiliness. This clarifying toner is balanced with fruit extracts, oat kernel extract and niacinamide. Reduces acne and blemishes while respecting the skins natural barrier. Ideal for all skin types especially anyone who suffers from oily skin, whiteheads, blackheads, blemishes or superficial acne.
