STEP 1 ELASTICIZER, Before shampooing, wet hair and apply in sections. Work into hair with fingertips. Cover with a shower cap for at least 20 minutes (the longer the better). Rinse well and follow with shampoo and conditioner STEP 2 RE-MOISTURIZING SHAMPOO Directions: Apply to wet hair and lather, gently kneading the scalp for 60 seconds.
