Apply the Iconic London Glaze Crayon directly to the eye-lid, blending along slightly above the crease with a small blending brush or fingertip. To create a smokey effect, add and build up more colour along the top and bottom lash line. Smooth a small amount of the glitter gel over the lid and gently pat fingertip along the crease to diffuse the glitter for a glazed effect. TOP TIP: create definition and drama with an intense new shade, then use an original shade in a lighter complementary tone to highlight your inner corner and centre lid, for wider, brighter-looking eyes and a flattering halo effect.
